Who we are
A home, not an institution.
Since 1995, Michael Trust has offered older people in and around Dharapuram a place where they are known, cared for and never left to face old age alone. Our home in Panjapatti is supported through the AVYAY-IPSrC programme of the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment.
Residents receive a comfortable room, nourishing food, help with daily living, medical care and the company of others. Our team lives alongside the rhythms of the home — early tea, morning movement, meals, medicine and conversation — so that care is woven into the day rather than imposed on it.
